Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas. Goal: Facilitator for 12 university Professors of Anthropology and Archeology who were designated speakers at the conference.
- Student SWT Belize, Central American Field School and Mayan Hieroglyphics Symposium. Goal: Interaction with local population; Participation in archeological digs, which included locating and recovering of native artifacts.
