1995 to Present Occupational Health and Safety Consultant, Austin, Texas. Provide full spectrum occupational health, safety, and environmental expertise to industrial and environmental clients including mining, petrochemical and plastics industries, construction companies, environmental remediation activities, mould inspections, and consulting and legal firms.

2002 Senior Consultant, Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc., Austin, Texas. Engaged in mold investigations in residences and commercial buildings.

2000-2001 Consulting Industrial Hygienist, Tenera Rocky Flats, LLC; RFETS, Golden, Colorado. Provided full spectrum occupational safety and industrial hygiene services for orderly shut down of nuclear munitions production Site on an extended, remote assignment.

1995 Compliance Solutions, Inc. Project Director; Houston, Texas. Managed day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, interface with clients, final review of documents and services. Designed and prepared compliance programs, plans and procedures. Conducted health and safety assessments, process hazards reviews and training.

1991 to 1995 Du Pont Environmental Remediation Services, Inc., Regional Health and Safety Manager; Houston, Texas. Responsible for the health, safety and environmental aspects of company activities throughout the United States and Mexico. Provided CIH coverage, as needed, to DERS' North American clients. Managed industrial hygiene and safety aspects of hazardous waste remediation investigation, planning and implementation activities. 1988 to 1991 Chemical Waste Management, Inc., ENRAC Division Health and Safety Manager; Houston, Texas. Managed staff of three. Responsible for environmental, industrial hygiene and safety aspects of hazardous waste site remediation operations, including generating HAZWOPER Health and Safety Plans, worker and staff training; supervision of medical physical requirements; approval of personal protective equipment selection and measures; selection, purchase, and maintenance of safety and industrial hygiene equipment and supplies; assurance of governmental regulation compliance.

1986 to 1988 Arch Consulting Services, Inc., Industrial Hygiene Project Manager; Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Vice President; Houston, Texas. Responsible for industrial hygiene project management - proposals, asbestos abatement specifications, general industrial hygiene monitoring programs, onsite oversight of asbestos abatement projects, and clients consultation on safety and industrial hygiene regulatory compliance.

1979 to 1986 Freeport-McMoRan, Inc., Corporate Industrial Hygienist, New Orleans, Louisiana. Responsible for the formulation of industrial health policies for the company's domestic properties: mines (gold, kaolin, potash), Frasch process sulfur mines, phosphoric acid operation and uranium recovery operations. Vice-chair of the TSCA 8(e) Substantial Risk Assessment Committee. Company representative on occupational health committees of the American Mining Congress, The Fertilizer Institute, and the China Clay Producers Group. Instrumental in presentation of in-house seminars on environmental concerns.

1978 to 1979 Nalco Chemical Company, Industrial Hygienist, Garyville, Louisiana. Responsible for all industrial hygiene activities at chemical manufacturing site, including quantitative respirator fit-testing, installation of a continuous gas monitoring system, employee training, noise monitoring, and generation of written emergency response procedures.

1976 to 1978 U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Compliance Officer, Industrial Hygienist, New Orleans, Louisiana. Responsible for conducting total work place health inspections of all types of private industry. Selected to serve a sixty-day detail in the Technical Services Section of the OSHA Regional Office, Dallas, Texas. Industries inspected included a metal refinery, shipyards, agri-chemical complexes, grain elevators, and paint manufacturers.
