  • INHALATION
    		• Cough.
    		Breathing protection. Closed system and ventilation.

  • SKIN

    		• Protective clothing.
    		Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower.
  • EYES


    		• First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
  • INGESTION

    		• Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.
    		Rinse mouth.
    SPILLAGE DISPOSAL STORAGE PACKAGING & LABELLING
    Evacuate danger area! Consult an expert! Sweep spilled substance into sealable containers; if appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Carefully collect remainder, then remove to safe place (extra personal protection: complete protective clothing including self-contained breathing apparatus).
    		Well closed.
    		Use dust-proof packaging.

    		ROUTES OF EXPOSURE:
     The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation.

    INHALATION RISK:
     Evaporation at 20°C is negligible; a harmful concentration of airborne particles can, however, be reached quickly.

    EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM OR REPEATED EXPOSURE:
     The substance may have effects on the lungs , resulting in pulmonary fibrosis and mesothelioma. This substance is carcinogenic to humans.

    N O T E S
    The substance is heat resistant up to 500°C and completely decomposed at temperature of 1000°C. Smoking enhances harmful effects. Depending on the degree of exposure, periodic medical examination is indicated. Do NOT take working clothes home. The recommendations on this Card also apply to other forms of asbestos.
