In case of fire in the surroundings: all extinguishing agents allowed.
EXPLOSION

In case of fire: cool drums, etc., by spraying with water but avoid contact of the substance with water.
EXPOSURE
PREVENT DISPERSION OF DUST! AVOID ALL CONTACT!
IN ALL CASES CONSULT A DOCTOR!
  • INHALATION
    		• Confusion. Cough. Dizziness. Headache. Laboured breathing. Nausea. Unconsciousness. Vomiting. Weakness.
    		Ventilation, local exhaust, or breathing protection.
    		Fresh air, rest. Artificial respiration if indicated. Refer for medical attention.
  • SKIN
    		• MAY BE ABSORBED! Redness. (see Inhalation).
    		Protective gloves. Protective clothing.
    		Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower. Refer for medical attention.
  • EYES
    		• Redness.
    		Safety goggles, face shield, or eye protection in combination with breathing protection.
    		First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
  • INGESTION
    		• Confusion. Dizziness. Laboured breathing. Unconsciousness. Vomiting. (see Inhalation).

    		Induce vomiting (ONLY IN CONSCIOUS PERSONS!). Refer for medical attention.
    SPILLAGE DISPOSAL STORAGE PACKAGING & LABELLING
    Evacuate danger area! Consult an expert! Sweep spilled substance into sealable containers; if appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Carefully collect remainder, then remove to safe place. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment (extra personal protection: complete protective clothing including self-contained breathing apparatus).
    		Separated from strong oxidants, acids, food and feedstuffs. Cool. Dry. Keep in the dark. Well closed. Keep in a well-ventilated room.
    		Airtight. Unbreakable packaging; put breakable packaging into closed unbreakable container. Do not transport with food and feedstuffs.

    PHYSICAL STATE; APPEARANCE:
     WHITE CRYSTALS , WITH PUNGENT ODOUR.

    PHYSICAL DANGERS:

    CHEMICAL DANGERS:
     The substance decomposes on contact with acids and slowly on contact with water or under influence of light and moist air, producing very toxic gas (hydrogen cyanide). Reacts violently with strong oxidants.




    		ROUTES OF EXPOSURE:
     The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its aerosol and through the skin.

    INHALATION RISK:
     Evaporation at 20°C is negligible; a harmful concentration of airborne particles can, however, be reached quickly.

    EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE:
     The substance irritates the eyes and the skin. The aerosol irritates the respiratory tract. The substance may cause effects on the intracellular oxygen metabolism , resulting in seizure and unconsciousness. Exposure may result in death.
