FIRE
|
Combustible.
|
NO open flames.
NO contact with flammable substances.
|
Powder, water spray, foam, carbon dioxide.
|
|
EXPLOSION
|
Above 79°C explosive vapour/air mixtures may be formed.
Risk of fire and explosion on contact with organic, combustible and reducing materials.
|
Above 79°C use a closed system, ventilation.
|
In case of fire: keep drums, etc., cool by spraying with water.
Combat fire from a sheltered position.
|
|

EXPOSURE
|
|
PREVENT GENERATION OF MISTS!
AVOID ALL CONTACT!
|
|
|
INHALATION
|
Sore throat.
Cough.
Burning sensation.
Shortness of breath.
Symptoms may be delayed (see Notes).
|
Ventilation, local exhaust, or breathing protection.
|
Fresh air, rest.
Half-upright position.
Artificial respiration if indicated.
Refer for medical attention.
|
|
SKIN
|
Pain.
Blisters.
|
Protective gloves.
Protective clothing.
|
First rinse with plenty of water, then remove contaminated clothes and rinse again.
Refer for medical attention.
|
|
EYES
|
Pain.
Redness.
Severe deep burns.
|
Face shield,
or eye protection in combination with breathing protection.
|
First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
|
|
INGESTION
|
Abdominal pain.
Burning sensation.
Shock or collapse.
|
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work.
|
Rinse mouth.
Do NOT induce vomiting.
Refer for medical attention.
|

SPILLAGE DISPOSAL
|
STORAGE
|
PACKAGING & LABELLING
|
Consult an expert!
Collect leaking and spilled liquid in covered containers as far as possible.
Absorb remaining liquid in sand or inert absorbent and remove to safe place.
Do NOT absorb in saw-dust or other combustible absorbents
(extra personal protection: chemical suit with self-contained breathing apparatus).

Separated from
combustible and reducing substances,
mineral acids, food and feedstuffs.
Cool.
Dry.
|
Do not transport with food and feedstuffs.
Store only in original packaging.
